Each record lists the standard, the products it covers and the document status. Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates are shown from the document on file; where a document is being renewed, the record says so.
EN ISO 20471
Defines the three visibility classes and the minimum areas of fluorescent and retroreflective material required for each class.
EN 469
Specifies minimum performance for flame spread, heat transfer, water penetration and tensile strength of turnout garments.
NFPA 1971
Covers the complete ensemble performance for structural firefighting, including thermal insulation and liquid penetration resistance.
GA 68
Chinese public-security standard for stab resistance, defining protection levels by blade energy and penetration depth.
EN 1149
Specifies surface resistance and charge decay performance for protective clothing worn in potentially explosive atmospheres.
CE / ISO 9001
CE marking documentation for applicable PPE categories, supported by an ISO 9001 quality management system at the production site.
Quality control
The approved sample is the reference for every check. Inspection records are kept against the order number and copies are supplied with the shipping documents.
