Yes. Guest checkout is available for retail orders. Enter your email and shipping details at checkout, and the order number will be shown on the confirmation page. Creating an account lets you follow the order and re-order later.
Retail checkout supports PayPal redirect, Alipay where the merchant configuration is enabled, and T/T bank transfer for larger orders. PayPal payments are verified by our team after the redirect returns to this site; the order status is updated when the payment is matched.
Place the order or submit a wholesale inquiry. We issue a proforma invoice with the beneficiary bank details, deposit percentage and balance trigger. Production starts after the deposit is confirmed.
We ship to most markets through express and air freight for retail orders, and sea freight for bulk orders. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout or in the quotation. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise.
Stock items usually ship within 7–12 days. Bulk production is typically 25–40 days after sample approval, depending on the style and quantity. The confirmed lead time is written into the proforma invoice.
Yes. Each product page lists the standards it is supplied against and links to the available documents. Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates are shown from the document on file; where a document is being renewed, the listing says so.
It depends on the standard and the component. We list the scope on each certificate record. If your tender requires a certificate in a specific name, tell us before quotation so we can confirm what can be issued.
Each product page carries a size chart with measurement points. For team orders, send your measurement list and we will map it to the production size chart before sampling. Custom size ranges can be built for orders above the MOQ.
Yes. Send the duty profile, the standards your tender references and the number of wearers. We will recommend a series and note the documents required for your market.
MOQ is shown on each product page and starts from 20 pieces for turnout garments, 30 pieces for vests and 40 pieces for high-visibility workwear. Mixed sizes are accepted within the same style.
Yes. We support woven labels, printed logos, custom packaging and size charts. A pre-production sample is required before bulk production so that pattern, trim placement and labelling are approved in writing.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and photos. Retail sizing exchanges are accepted for unworn items with tags attached. Production defects are reviewed against the approved sample and the inspection record.
