Shipping and returns

Stock items are dispatched within the lead time shown on the product page. Produced orders typically require 20–35 working days after sample approval, depending on quantity and material availability.

The confirmed date is stated on the proforma invoice. Delays caused by document review or buyer-supplied artwork are added to the schedule.

Orders ship by air or sea freight under the Incoterm stated in the quotation, commonly FOB or CIF. Duties, taxes and destination clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Packing lists, commercial invoices and certificate copies are issued with the shipment.

Stock items in unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with return freight at the buyer's cost. Produced and customised items cannot be returned unless they do not match the approved specification.

Size exchanges for stock items are arranged through a support ticket. Inspection findings are reviewed against the approved sample before a resolution is offered.
