This notice explains what information is collected when you send an inquiry, place an order or sign in to the member centre, and how that information is used. It is written for business buyers.

Information we collect
Contact details you submit in an inquiry or order: name, company, work email, phone number, destination country and the product or standard you are asking about.
Order information: items, sizes, quantities, delivery address and the payment reference provided by the payment channel.
Account information: email address and the name or company you choose to display in the member centre. Sign-in codes are generated for verification and are not used for marketing.
How information is used
To answer inquiries, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, arrange production and shipping, and issue certificate or inspection documents against the order.
To maintain the member centre record of orders, reviews and support tickets.
To meet accounting, export and customs obligations that apply to the transaction.
Retention and requests
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law. You can request correction or deletion of account details by writing to sales@cloudpivot.example.
