Terms
Terms of sale
These terms describe how quotations and orders are handled. Where a signed contract or proforma invoice states different terms, that document takes precedence.

Quotations
Prices shown on the website are indicative and are confirmed by a formal quotation that states the standard, construction, quantity, lead time and Incoterm.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document. Certification scope is confirmed in writing before the order is accepted.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when the proforma invoice is confirmed and the agreed deposit is received. Production scheduling starts from that point.
Payment methods are PayPal, Alipay and T/T. The payment reference is matched manually by the sales team; an order is not treated as paid until the reference is confirmed.
Currency conversion shown on the website is for reference only. Settlement is made in the currency stated on the proforma invoice.
Samples and approval
Where a sample is required, production follows the approved sample photographs and specification. Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time.
Claims
Quantity and visible damage claims should be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographs and the packing list. Document or certificate queries are handled through the support ticket system.
