OEM / ODM

Built to your drawing, not to a catalogue.

Private-label production for distributors and uniform programmes. Fabric, trim placement, labels and packaging are agreed before sampling, and the approved sample becomes the inspection reference.

Capability

What can be changed, and what is fixed by the standard.

The protective layer is defined by the certification. Colour, trim layout, labels, packaging and size range are where your brand and market requirements sit.

Fabric selection

Aramid blends, FR cotton and high-visibility fabrics matched to the standard and budget.

Reflective trim

Trim type, width and placement agreed from a technical drawing before sampling.

Labels and packaging

Woven labels, care labels, polybags and carton marks prepared for the destination market.

Size ranges

Local size charts built from your measurement list, including extended sizes.

Colour matching

Shell and trim colours matched to a submitted swatch or Pantone reference.

Documentation

Certificate copies, test reports and inspection records issued with the order.

Process

Four stages from brief to shipment.

01

Requirement review

Share the standard, quantity, size range and any technical drawing. We confirm what can be produced and which documents apply.

Requirement review
02

Sampling and approval

A pre-production sample is made with your trim layout and labels. Measurements and photos are approved in writing before bulk.

03

Production and inspection

Bulk production follows the approved sample. Inline and final inspections check measurements, trim placement and labelling.

Packing and documents

Packing follows the destination market. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate copies are issued with the shipment.

Timing

What the calendar looks like.
